We comply with international standards such as the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), and has developed and continuously updated the "Changan Automobile Business Partner Code of Conduct", which clarifies requirements for environmental protection, labor rights, business ethics, supply chain traceability, and promotes suppliers to jointly fulfill their ESG responsibilities.
We conduct supply chain carbon footprint mapping and management through a corporate & product carbon management system, guiding suppliers to apply low-carbon materials and recycling technologies. We have established a battery lifecycle traceability system, collaborate with compliant recycling companies, improve the power battery recycling network, and jointly build a circular supply chain.
Admission stage: Suppliers must obtain ISO14001 and IATF16949 certificates, meanwhile access priority will be given to those who have passed ISO45001 system audit. Suppliers must 100% sign the Code of Conduct and Integrity Co-construction Agreement, and implement green procurement assessment and due diligence management.
Audit evaluation: Conduct quality, environmental, and social responsibility risk audits on suppliers through on-site audits, system tracking, and other methods, and achieve full-chain traceability of key raw materials.
Capability enhancement: Provide specialized training on carbon management, green supply chain, and other topics to all suppliers to continuously improve their performance. Suppliers that do not meet the requirements will be required to rectify or be eliminated.
We actively engage in strategic cooperation with supply chain partners and cross-industry enterprises to jointly build a sustainable ecosystem and assist in the green transformation of the new energy vehicle industry.
We have zero tolerance for corrupt and bribery behavior, require 100% signing of integrity co-construction agreements, continuous compliance training, and building a strong line of integrity and self-discipline.
