CHANGAN THAILAND Officially Launches NEVO Q05

Bangkok,– CHANGAN Automobile, a leader in New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technology, is strengthening its commitment to the Thai automotive market, evolving from a “new challenger” to a true “market leader.” CHANGAN Thailand today officially announced the launch of the CHANGAN NEVO Q05, under the concept “CHASING THE LIGHT,” defining a new generation of intelligent electric SUVs for modern drivers.

The NEVO Q05 is positioned as the ideal travel companion for consumers who want to explore new experiences with confidence. It combines intelligent and comfortable driving performance, a contemporary exterior by world‑class designers, a spacious and refined interior, advanced in‑car technology that fits seamlessly into digital lifestyles, high safety standards and fast charging – all designed to make every journey easier and smarter.

The CHANGAN NEVO Q05 combines a cutting-edge exterior by renowned designer Klaus Zyciora with a spacious, tech-forward “digital cockpit” and advanced safety. Its sleek, aerodynamic design, 18‑inch alloy wheels and five color options create a sporty, premium presence, while the 14.6‑inch central touchscreen and 10.17‑inch digital instrument cluster support Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, intelligent voice control and OTA updates. A full suite of ADAS features – including a 360‑degree 3D surround view camera, transparent vehicle image display and 360‑degree recording – plus smartphone app control and a CATL battery with 3C fast charging (30%–80% in about 15 minutes) ensure safe, comfortable and reliable journeys.

Global Success and Local Production in Thailand

Mr. Deng Zhitao, Managing Director of Changan Auto Southeast Asia Co., Ltd., Managing Director and President of Changan Auto Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Managing Director of Changan Auto Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd., commented on NEVO’s rapid success:

Globally, CHANGAN has a sales network covering 118 countries and regions, with more than 1,124 showrooms and service centres, and cumulative overseas sales of over 637,000 vehicles, are ranking among the top Chinese-brands in 15 global automotive markets.

In Thailand, CHANGAN plans to expand its dealer showroom by 11 additional locations nationwide within the second quarter, from its current base of 54 showrooms, while further upgrading after‑sales capabilities.
