To continuously strengthen the foundation of business ethics culture centered on integrity and compliance, Changan Automobile has established a regular training mechanism for all employees. An annual commercial ethics training plan is developed and implemented company-wide covering all employees, with a 100% pass rate achieved in training assessments each year. The training covers core topics in business ethics, including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-monopoly, and anti-unfair competition. Additionally, all employees are required to sign an Integrity Pledge annually to ensure that standards of ethical conduct are communicated to every individual.
In 2025, the company conducted 988 sessions of tiered and categorized anti-fraud awareness program, achieving 100% coverage of active employees. Integrity interviews were carried out with 418 newly appointed or reassigned senior personnel, covering over 2,840 individuals including deputy general managers and above, as well as personnel in key positions, achieving 100% Integrity Pledge sign-off among high-level staff.
